Use Cases
Guest fills up the form
- Guest navigates to new member form.
- Guest provides all the information in the form
- Guest chooses the method of payment
- Guest submits the request.
- Guest will be redirected to the payment page.
- System displays invoice when payment is successful.
- System also sends invoice to Guest via email.
- Guest becomes Member
Client Admin/User fill up the form for guest
Use Cases
- Web master should be able to enable or disable membership management.
- Web admin should be able to show or hide and configure membership info in the website.
Membership setting
- Show/hide membership info in the website
- Choose membership type and their costs applicable for the organization
- Choose organization structure and board members and allocate the seat.
- Choose advisors applicable for the organization.
- Provide web admin privilege to the board members
